Liz Lange Maternity Shirts for 6.98 at Target!

Target has 3.00 off any Liz Lange maternity shirts.  They have some on the clearance rack right now prices at 9.98, so your total would only be 6.98, which is a great deal for a maternity shirt.  When I bought one with the coupon yesterday the catalina machine also spit out another 3.00 coupon for any Liz Lange maternity shirt.

CVS 25% Coupon

Make sure to check your email because CVS has issued a coupon for 25% off your total purchase that is good through March 26th.  It does state on the coupon that you cannot use it on sale items, so I am not sure if that includes Extra Care Bucks and clearance items.  If anyone uses this coupon on those types of items please post it on here.

Grocery Deals At The Gas Station

You may not normally think of buying any kind of  food item at a gas station because their prices usually tend to be high, but this is not always the case.  One gas station in particular that I find good buys at now and then is Kwik Trip.  This week they have Nature’s Touch Milk (All Varities) on sale for 1.98, and bananas on sale for .38/lb.   They also have pop on sale occassionally too, so be on the look out for these great sales.

You can also sign up for an email coupon program they just started at :http://www.kwiktrip.com/ecoupons/.  It’s free to join and they send you great coupons right to your email!

My Grocery Coupon Saving Story

I have started this coupon saving blog to help people save a tremendous amount of money on their grocery bill each month.  I hope my blog will help you to save money for your families and bring in  a great deal more food for your household.

When my first child Madeline was born over 3 years ago, I felt like I had been spending too much money on food and that we were not getting our money’s worth on the food we were buying.

I searched for a few weeks and finally found the perfect solution of how to save the most money on groceries.  Within one month we had twice as much groceries for the same amount I had been spending before.

The way I accomplished this amazing goal was by matching up coupons to the current sales in the grocery stores for the week.  You can do this and save money no matter where you live, but it does help if you live in areas where the grocery stores double coupons, either on certain days or there are some grocery stores that double coupons every day with no coupon limit.

An easy way to match up coupons to the weekly sales is by visiting blogs like mine that already do the match ups for you.  I am a busy mom of 2 with another little one on the way so I know that is very difficult and time consuming to accomplish this task on your own.

After you find a blog that does the match ups for you, you will definitely want to start buying or getting a subscription the most widely circulated paper in your area.   For example, if you live in a small town, you want to purchase the paper that comes from the largest city that is near you.  These papers will have the MOST coupons in them.

It is also a good idea to purchase extra papers so you have multiple coupons.  If the papers in your area are expensive, you can also try buying entire coupon inserts on EBay.  You also go to coupon clipping sites like www.thecouponclippers.com, to buy coupons.

You may not guess this, but some of the best deals I get on items are at CVS and Walgreens.  You should get a CVS card for all of their deals and they have extra care bucks, where you can actually get items for free.  For example, they have tooth paste on sale usually once a month.  If Crest tooth past is 2.49, they will give you 2.49 back in extra care bucks and many times there is also a coupon available for the toothpaste, so you actually are profitting.

Walgreens uses a system called Register Rewards, which works similar to CVS.  However, CVS has a limit to their ECB’s rewards and Walgreens has no limits on their RR items.  I have got a number of items for free from Walgreens too over these 3 years.

I encourage you all to start clipping coupons and continue visiting my site.  I will soon be adding weekly coupon/sale match ups for KMart, Dollar General, Cub Foods, Rainbow Foods, CVS, Walgreens, Target and Walmart.  I look forward to helping as many people as possible to save money on the groceries!
